Partner Terms & Conditions

1. The parties
These terms govern the relationship between Home Move Comparison Ltd (trading as EasyMuve), company number 16958713, registered at 701 Merlin Business Park, Burscough, United Kingdom, L40 8JY ("we", "us") and the partner firm that has registered to receive leads via the EasyMuve platform ("you", "the Partner").
By registering as a partner and using the EasyMuve partner portal, you agree to these terms in full.
2. The service
We provide a lead distribution service. When a consumer submits an enquiry matching your service type and coverage area, we may pass their contact details to you as a lead.
Leads are distributed to up to 4 partner firms simultaneously. We do not guarantee exclusivity unless an exclusive lead arrangement has been agreed separately in writing.
We do not guarantee a minimum volume of leads. Lead availability depends on consumer demand in your coverage area.
3. Lead pricing and billing
The price per lead is agreed at the time of subscription and confirmed in your account settings in the partner portal. Pricing may be updated with 30 days' notice.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, leads are billed on a monthly invoice basis. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Overdue invoices may result in suspension of lead delivery.
VAT at the prevailing rate will be added to all invoices. Our VAT number is [VAT NUMBER].
4. Lead validity
A lead is considered valid and billable when we have passed the consumer's contact details to you, regardless of whether the consumer proceeds with your services or responds to your outreach.
We do not offer refunds for leads where the consumer does not respond or does not proceed.
If you believe a lead is invalid — for example because it is a duplicate, fraudulent, or falls outside your agreed coverage area — you must raise a dispute within 7 days of receiving the lead by emailing admin@easymuve.co.uk. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
5. Data protection
Lead data is provided to you solely for the purpose of responding to the consumer's enquiry. You must:
- Handle all personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018
- Not pass lead data to any third party without the consumer's explicit consent
- Not use lead data for any purpose other than responding to the enquiry
- Retain and delete data in accordance with your own data retention policy
You are an independent data controller in respect of how you use the personal data once it has been passed to you by EasyMuve.
6. Your obligations
As a partner firm you agree to:
- Respond to leads promptly — we recommend within 2 hours of receipt
- Maintain valid membership of the SRA, FENSA, or other relevant professional body appropriate to your service type
- Not misrepresent your services, pricing, or qualifications to leads
- Notify us immediately if you wish to pause or cancel your subscription
- Keep your coverage area, daily cap, and billing details up to date via the partner portal
7. Suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend lead delivery if invoices become overdue by more than 14 days.
We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately for:
- Breach of these terms
- Misuse of lead data
- Conduct that damages the reputation of EasyMuve or its consumers
You may cancel your account at any time by providing 30 days' written notice to admin@easymuve.co.uk. You remain liable for any leads delivered during the notice period.
8. Liability
Our total liability to you in connection with this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of anticipated savings.
We do not guarantee a minimum volume of leads or any specific conversion rate.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via the partner portal or by email. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
