2. The service we provide

EasyMuve is a free-to-use comparison and introduction service. When you submit a quote request, we collect your enquiry details and pass them to up to 4 matched partner firms who may contact you with quotes.

We do not provide conveyancing, removal, surveying, or mortgage services ourselves. We are an introduction platform only and are not responsible for the services, pricing, availability, or conduct of partner firms.

3. By submitting a quote request you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate and truthful
• You consent to your details being shared with up to 4 matched partner firms
• Partner firms may contact you by phone, email, or SMS regarding your enquiry
• You are aged 18 or over
• You are based in the United Kingdom

4. What we are not responsible for

EasyMuve is an introduction service only. We do not guarantee the quality, price, availability, or suitability of any partner firm. Any contract for services is entered into directly between you and the partner firm — we are not a party to that contract and accept no liability for disputes, losses, or damages arising from your dealings with partner firms.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the partner firms on our platform hold appropriate professional accreditations, but we cannot guarantee this at all times. You should always verify a firm's credentials before instructing them.
